Excellence Healthcare is licensed, bonded and insured. All our caregivers are required to pass a multi-level background check and must have a good driving record and reference checks from previous employers. We hire the brightest and talented caregivers who are skilled, caring, compassionate and experienced.

We work closely with the physicians, the patient and family members in planning, reviewing progress and making adjustments to the plan of care. As a provider of home health care services, we have licensed professionals including registered nurses, certified medication technicians and home health aides.

A Care Team Dedicated to You
More than just a caregiver, we assign each client a care team. Our thoroughly-vetted and qualified caregivers are there to provide care to clients, with the support of a remote Care Team led by a Client Care Manager
